DJ Zero
DJ Zero (Raül G. Pratginestós) is a historical figure in Barcelona’s electronic music scene and one of the most respected vinyl selectors in the Iberian Peninsula, with a career spanning over thirty years. His style moves freely through eclectic, dark, and avant-garde dance music, embracing everything from acid house and Detroit techno to the most underground cult sounds.
A key player in Barcelona’s cultural evolution, he was the co-founder of the legendary hip-hop crew 7 Notas 7 Colores and the head of the electronic music section at the iconic Wah Wah Discos record shop. This passion for digging led him to collaborate closely with the MIRA Digital Arts Festival since its early years, delivering memorable vinyl-only clubbing sets in editions such as 2013 and 2017.
Today, DJ Zero keeps his legacy alive as a vital force in Barcelona’s nightlife. Steering clear of commercial circuits, he continues to deliver high-level sets in intimate spaces like RED58 or Slow Barcelona, proving why he holds the undisputed title of ultimate “digger” and master of the local DJ booth.
