media.tribe presents CROSSES

media.tribe is a collaboration of new media artists dedicated to exploring new forms of communication and establishing deep connections with audiences. Through installations, performances and immersive audiovisual experiences, they use multimedia technologies to work with altered states of consciousness and influence the viewer’s perception. The collective seeks to shorten the distance between the artist and the viewer using simple compositions, inspired by diverse cultures, and following the principles of minimalism.

Premiere in Spain, Crosses is a laser, light and sound installation. The work consists of sixteen cross-shaped devices that generate laser lines in four directions, giving rise to constantly changing volumes, and projected fields of red light, which fill and empty the space in a hypnotic way. The combination of these elements creates an immersive visual and sound experience.
