WOLF MÜLLER & NIKLAS WANDT

Wolf Müller (aka Bufiman or Jan Schulte) & Niklas Wandt create drum music for world peace. Combining a rich palette of geographically disparate and exotic tones with complex, body-moving rhythms, they travel the spaceways between the old world and the new.

The duo met through the vibrant Düsseldorf music scene surrounding Salon Des Amateurs and after almost two years in the studio and many live and improvisational sessions later, their first collaborative album “Instrumentalmusik von der Mitte der World” came to light in February 2018 on Growing Bin Records.  

Their highly energetic live show, composed of Müller on various synths, sampler, loop station and effects and Wandt on full drum kit along with a wide array of percussive instruments from around the world, utilises live looping to create a hypnotic experience. Their set in the 3D sound room will undoubtedly put the power and fidelity of the system to the test.
